The Launch of the Book “Letters from Silent Screams” Took Place in Famagusta and Nicosia

The book  “Letters from Silent Screams,” prepared by the Elderly Rights and Mental Health Association was launched in Famagusta Bandabuliya and Nicosia Central in January 9 the and January 16th . A large number of guest attended to the launching events. 

The book, compiled from 64 letters submitted to the “Silent Scream” letter competition held over five years between 2020 and 2024 to draw attention to the needs and difficulties faced by the elderly and individuals with mental health issues in terms of care and health services, had its first launch on January 9th in Bandabuliya, Famagusta; and its second launch on January 16th in Central Nicosia.
